We’ve experienced the first feeling of love, that excitement of your first “big” check, and the rollercoaster of growing up. Here, we celebrate all those universal experiences that bind us—love, friendship, money, parenting, and everything in between.

I’m Kelly
I started this blog because I wanted a space to write about all the things I love. As a woman, there are so many parts to me, and it felt limiting to narrow it down to just one niche. Whether it’s cooking, beauty, business, or anything else, I wanted a place where every aspect of being a woman could be addressed.
Throughout my life, I’ve been blessed with a strong support system. Amazing friends have always been there to guide me, whether it’s about love, friendships, relationships, or parenting. People often come to me for advice, just as I go to them. This blog is a reflection of that—a place where we can all share and learn from each other.
Spirituality is important to me, especially developing a relationship with the Lord. Furthering education and careers is another passion, and I love sharing tips and insights that others might find useful. I believe in paying it forward. When someone opens a door for women of color, it’s our responsibility to keep that door open and make sure nobody gets left behind.
Writing has always been a part of my life. I’ve kept journals and diaries since I was thirteen, filled with my most intimate thoughts and experiences. While some things are too personal to share, many of my stories can help others, and I’m happy to share those.
